Contractor visibility: It’s time to do the right thing

Managing the day-to-day running of multiple sites, potentially across multiple regions, is challenging enough. When you throw into the mix the complexities of hiring the right contractors for those sites, the challenges become significantly greater.

It might sound like we’re oversimplifying, but contractor management is about getting it right, plain, and simple. Now, that’s an easy statement to make, but one that’s deceptively difficult to deliver. If the contractors you hire don’t have a strong safety record, the right insurance, or strong risk management skills, they could end up costing your company a lot of money or, much worse than that, the liability of a serious injury or fatality.
