1. Can you talk us through how SafeContractor has improved its product by responding to customer challenges?

At Alcumus SafeContractor, we’re on a mission to transform contractor management and we truly value our customers and their feedback in order for us to achieve that. We continuously improve our product based on their input. So throughout the development process, we’ve taken into account their specific needs and concerns, making changes to create a better experience for them.

For contractors, we have a dedicated team of safety experts who provide support and guidance during the assessment process. We have also created a dynamic profile and risk-based questionnaire which allows contractors to quickly fill in the necessary information, relevant to all hiring clients. We also offer contractors the opportunity to become SafeContractor-approved, which makes them visible to prospective clients, significantly increasing their chances of getting hired.

For our clients, we have a team of health and safety experts who thoroughly review each contractor’s assessment and documents. We assess contractors on various factors, including professional identity, insurance, safety, training and qualification, ESG, modern slavery and environmental standards. Our clients can easily view, and filter contractors based on their information, tier level, provided services, and approval status. They can also access important information such as WCB status and SafeContractor approval.
