Public and product liability

Our Public and Products Liability policy will protect you by paying the legal defence costs and compensation payments where you are alleged to have caused accidental bodily injury or damage to property.
All employers are legally required to have Employers Liability cover. If one of your employees uses a toxic cleaning product that leaves them ill or injures themselves knocking a large object, our Employers Liability cover will protect your business from compensation claims of up to £10 million arising from an incident during their employment as a result of your negligence.
